“Third North,” Schafer Richardson’s newest residential development, closed on its financing with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and CBRE HMF, Inc. on July 25^th. Construction on the project will commence in early August and will be completed in the fall of 2013. “Third North” will provide 204 new, market-rate apartments in Minneapolis’ North Loop neighborhood and feature an extensive amenities package, sustainable features, and bold contemporary design.
