Huset Park is a 28-acre redevelopment located east of University Avenue at 37th Avenue in Columbia Heights. This project, adjacent to Huset Park and along the City's newly constructed Parkway, is located on the border of Minneapolis.
Huset Park is designed to be a highly desirable, active, pedestrian-oriented, master-planned community that will be developed in three phases. The first two phases, now under construction, include two-story and three-story townhome units. Subsequent phases will include higher density housing products with neighborhood retail.
