Historic Renovation Planned for the EBM Site

The Machine Shop
300 Second Street SE
Minneapolis, MN 55414

Be a part of the Pillsbury “A” Mill site, one the most important historic landmarks in the state of Minnesota. The Machine Shop, a 30,000 square foot two-story commercial buildig consisting of a first floor and a mezzanine (plus basement), was built in the early 1900’s. The building supported the repair and maintenance of all machinery and tools used in the famous Pillsbury milling operation. The Machine Shop's amazing ceiling heights and three walls of windows make it a unique space.

Twin Cities Business Magazine named the Machine Shop the “Best Building Screaming for Renovation” in the September 2009 Best of Business edition.  See the article at: http://www.tcbmag.com/features/features/119022p1.aspx
